All of our tours depart from our office, which is located five minutes from the hotels and three minutes from the Cruise Ship Port.

Eyewear such as goggles or sunglasses is strongly recommended

Know before you go:

Please be aware that you must be at the check-in point 30 minutes prior to departure. Boarding will be closed 10 minutes prior to departure time.
Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult. They can only join as a passenger. Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
UTV drivers must be 18 or older and present a valid driver’s license, drivers permits are not accepted
A $20 USD per vehicle insurance* for collision/damage will be charged at check-in.
Expecting mothers are restricted from this tour
Safety note: Swimming and snorkeling at the Natural pool is never a guarantee if sea condition is rough.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
If you cancel 48 hours or less before your tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Less than 96 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
