Know before you go:
UTVs are not permitted inside Arikok National Park. You will drive your UTV up to the park entrance, where you will transfer into a Jeep driven by one of the guides. After exiting the park, you will return to your UTV and continue the adventure.
Off-road routes are rugged by nature. ABC is different because comfort is engineered; their fleet is maintained to a family-level standard. If it's not safe enough for their family, then it’s not good enough for their guests.
It’s real off-roading, so you’ll feel some bumps - the fun kind. Most guests giggle and laugh through it. ABC's guides drive controlled and always put safety-first.
This tour is not recommended if you have back or neck issues.
Pregnant women are not allowed on this tour.
When swimming/snorkeling is part of the day at the Natural Pool, ABC's guides stay present and actively monitor the group, so guests feel supported - not supervised from a distance. ABC assigns a dedicated lifeguard, plus a team trained in First Aid & CPR.
Goggles are not included, however you can buy a pair at check-in.
Additional information:
Children aged 5–17 must be accompanied by an adult and are only allowed to participate as passengers. Children under 12 are not permitted in 2-seater UTVs. The minimum age for 4-seater UTVs is 5 years old.
UTV drivers must be 18 or older and present a valid driver’s license, drivers permits are not accepted
A $50 USD per vehicle insurance* for collision/damage will be charged at check-in.

The snorkel equipment is washed and sanitized before and after each tour. However, we do recommend that you bring your own if possible.
Not a strong swimmer? All life vests must be requested prior to tour departure. Swimming and snorkeling at the Natural Pool are not guaranteed and depend on sea conditions. If the ocean is rough, swimming may be restricted for safety reasons.

We booked the Cave & Conchi Natural Pool tour with ABC Tours, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Dave—he is hands down the best tour guide at ABC! He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time.
Unfortunately, another guide (who we were told is the owner’s uncle) almost ruined our experience. The main reason we booked this tour was for Conchi Natural Pool. Instead of going there first, we were taken to the cave, and when we finally got to Conchi, he told us not to go into the water because he claimed someone else had said the waves were rough.
The problem? The conditions were completely fine. Every other tour group was in the water enjoying themselves, and once we got down there, the waves were calm enough to safely swim. There were even plenty of beautiful fish to see. It honestly felt like he just wanted to finish the tour early rather than let us enjoy the main attraction we had paid for. If the conditions had truly been unsafe, I would have completely understood—but that simply wasn’t the case.
Thankfully, Dave stepped in and made sure we still had an amazing experience. After Conchi, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, which was another highlight of the tour.
If you’re booking with ABC Tours, ask for Dave. He made all the difference and turned what could have been a disappointing day into a memorable one. He’s exactly the kind of guide every tour company should have.

ABC TOUR is a must do when in Aruba! Our driver Jack was wonderful and funny! All the drivers work together and they are very knowledgeable about the history of Aruba. They are so friendly! The tour was about 4 hours in total. We had 5 people in a 6 seater. I would recommend splitting up into separate vehicles so that folks don't have to ride in the back. Some of the terrain was really rough, which beat the rear passengers more than the front seat. Literally the only "complaint". You won't be putting around the island. It's a fun off road experience.
They provided lunch after the tour. Lunch was really good as well. Parking around the HQ is limited, so prepare accordingly. They offer a shuttle to a couple of nearby hotels.
