Know before you go:

In between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Barcelo Hotel, there is a narrow street with parking spots. This alley leads all the way to the beach. There are limited spots available, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure a parking spot.
$25 for each additional person per hour

For an additional charge of $100, you can rent 2 scooters and enjoy 30 minutes of exhilarating underwater exploration with these high-performance scooters. Their professional team will provide you with all the necessary instructions and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Immerse yourself in the enchanting underwater world and create unforgettable memories with Delphi Watersports underwater scooters.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
