- The Sailaway Tour check-in booth is located at the Hadicurari Pier at Moomba Beach.
- Unless directed otherwise please be there at least 45 minutes beforeyour boarding time to check-in.

- Children's pricing is applicable for ages 4-12.

- This activity has a minimum number of guests required for it to run. While unlikely, it is possible that it will not reach the minimum and you will be notified that it has been canceled.
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
