  • A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
  • In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
  • In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

The party bus tour was truly Epic! Office staff and Party Bus staff were extremely pleasant. This tour was the highlight of our trip . It was my birthday 🎂 drinks were flowing music was pumping people outside of the bus were also dancing as we drove by, wishing they were on our bus . The Host Mama was a blast, she really LOVES her job! The driver, Bartender and Dj were also great at there jobs . Three Bars stops we got a free shot at each one which wasn't really needed because the continuous drinks on the bus was MORE than enough . When I tell you IT WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER. I'll be back in February 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
