Elise van Zijp

Intern

"I did a marketing internship at My Aruba Guide for 5 months. I experienced this as a very fun and educational time. It's a small company where you get a lot of personal attention, which I personally liked. You don't just feel like an 'intern' but like you really belong to the team. I had a great internship supervisor who guided me well, which I found very important! You get a lot of responsibilities and independence, which I learned a lot from. I liked the different tasks I had, which makes your workday varied. You can always ask questions and the colleagues are all helpful and sociable. Definitely an internship I would recommend! In this case, when in doubt just do it!!! Great experience on a sunny island where I felt very much at home."
