Meeting & Pick up:
- All of our tours depart from our office, which is located five minutes from the hotels and three minutes from the Cruise Ship Port.

Additional information:
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
- Safety note: Swimming and snorkeling at the Natural pool is never a guarantee if sea condition is rough.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- If you cancel 48 hours or less before your tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
- Less than 96 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
